Copiamos la ROM The GingerBread MOD_v3.1.1 a la SD interna del teléfono.
Instalar desde el Market el F4k ROM Updater & Configurator (FRUC) y seleccionar las opciones a instalar, es un requisito tildar Wipe.
Instalaremos mediante Odín el Kernel K15H u otra versión similar (publicado más arriba), simplemente seleccionando el Kernel en PDA. (Si ya se tiene el Kernel omitir este paso)
Una vez instalado el Kernel, se procede a entrar en modo CWM, ejecutamos Wipe Data, Wipe Cache y Wipe Dalvik Cache, este último se encuentra en Advanced ClockWorkMod Features
Luego desde el recovery seleccionamos la opción install zip from sdcard, luego choose zip from sdcard, buscamos nuestra ROM y la seleccionamos.
Sólo resta esperar el proceso de instalación, que puede tardar alrededor de 5 minútos, una vez instalado se selecciona la opción reboot system now.
La primera vez que se inicie, el teléfono puede llegar a tardar hasta 5 minútos en iniciarse, esto es completamente normal.
Instrucciones desde Froyo o para quienes nunca instalaron una ROM GINGERBREAD

Hacer wipes para que sea más placentero.
Instalar VJJV3 sin PIT ni REPARTITION, ya que es un solo archivo .tar
